The Taiwan Women in Science and Technology (TWiST) is a nonprofit organization founded on October 30, 2011. TWiST dedicates to facilitating networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among women in the minority within the STEM field. TWiST is a vibrant and expanding community with over 350 members. About 75% of the members are from academia.
 

Diversity and Inclusion, Mutual Prosperity and Harmony

Our intergenerational motto, "Diversity and Inclusion, Mutual Prosperity and Harmony", reflects our long-term focus on women's empowerment, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) as well as the HE-for-She initiative across various industries. We also represent the women in science and technology and compile recommendations for government agencies and corporations. We hope that women in the STEM field can demonstrate their consideration, resilience, and innovation in a diverse, equal, and inclusive environment.
