Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Well Being
In the technology fields where women are a minority, female technology professionals have demonstrated diverse, inclusive, and innovative qualities, and have gradually shaped unique leadership. In the fields of science and technology, if an environment that is full of inclusiveness and diversity can be established, and individuals of different genders can be included, so that diverse perspectives and talents can converge, not only can many barriers be broken, but also the potential for groundbreaking discoveries and innovative breakthroughs can be unleashed, driving the flourishing development of new ideas.
The theme of this conference was "Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Well Being", covering academic and practical discussions on women's empowerment, equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI) issues, and He-for-She, with the academic and industrial sectors sharing feasible solutions. This was also a core issue in the current technology industry, and is the focus of this conference, where more than 50 academic, association, and public institutions had jointly invited top talents in the technology industry to participate. The conference would collect the progress and practical experiences of various sectors, and represent the female technology community to formulate recommendations for communication with government departments and the business community, exerting international influence.
