Whether you are a general member, student member, life member, or group member, as long as you join, you are a member of TWIST.
The Taiwan Women Tech Association was established at the end of 2011, hoping to encourage the minority of women in technology to further communicate and cooperate through this organization, enhance professional development; at the same time, pass on experience and help the younger generation.
Membership fee | Payable upon joining
Individual Membership:
General Members: NT$500 per person
Lifetime Membership: NT$500 per person
Student members: NT$100 per person (Anyone who agrees with the purpose of the association and is a bachelor's degree student at a domestic or foreign university or independent college)
Group membership: No membership fee required.
Note: According to Article 12 of Chapter 2 of the Association's Constitution, members who have not paid their dues shall not enjoy their membership rights. Members who have not paid their dues for two consecutive years must pay their membership fees and annual fees again if they wish to re-participate in the affairs of the association. Permanent members who have not attended meetings for two consecutive years and have not appointed a member representative to attend will have their membership rights in Article 8 suspended. If they attend the general meeting again or appoint someone to attend, their rights will be automatically restored.
Annual membership fee | Payable every year
Individual Membership:
General members: 1,000 yuan per year
Permanent Member: Regular members who have joined the association and have paid membership fees for 12 consecutive years can become permanent members. (Students’ years of membership are not included in the calculation)
New members: Pay a one-time admission fee of NT$500 and membership dues of NT$10,000 to become a permanent member.
Student members: 400 yuan per year
Group membership: NT$5,000 per year
